Creative Designer must possess in-depth knowledge of typography, iconography, color, space, and texture. All pieces of this jigsaw puzzle must fall into place to create a compelling visual experience. Must be able to create branding projects from the ground up, develop campaigns, lead a team of designers, provide quality art and creative direction and onsite digital experiences.

Job Responsibilties:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Presenting concept visualization through communication and sketches
• Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the design process
• Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept
• Understanding trends within the scope of the industry they are working in
• Using graphic design and other relevant softwares

Requirements:

• Proven graphic designing and animation experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Animation softwares)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
